Amazing Amusements will make the final decision as to whether or not it is safe to go on with the event. If the client calls before the trucks leave the warehouse a credit will be issued. The credit is good for up to one year from the original date. The departure time will be determined at the time of confirmation of your event. We will issue you a credit less a 10% surcharge of the total cost of your event. If the event is postponed to a rain date, the client is not guaranteed the same contracted equipment for their rain date but will receive available equipment equaling the contracted dollar amount. Payment in full is due if you call us to cancel or postpone the event after trucks leave the warehouse. If the event has already started and conditions warrant us to shut down full payment is still due.
